Group Principles
1. We acknowledge that as women in the workplace, our jobs and lives come with unique challenges, obstacles, and responsibilities.
2. We accept that our lives as women in the workplace come with these unique challenges through no fault of our own but through institutions larger than ourselves.
3. We acknowledge that we can find strength in ourselves by sharing our experiences with issues of self-esteem, self-worth, body-image, intimidation, abuse, and overall physical and mental wellness at work and at home.
4. By listening to the stories of others, we believe we can find a common ground that unites and empowers us.
5. By sharing our stories, we believe we can gain confidence and learn to advocate for ourselves.
